Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two to four years of administrative support experience.

Responsibilities

• Investigate consumer disputes and provide a recommended resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate using multiple systems and tools (ALS, Hogan, LeaseMaster, DebtManager, MSP, LDRS, case management applications).
