You will work from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week, coordinating with customers and internal partners to meet deadlines, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate communications and timely fund recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five years or more of operations services related work experience.
• Ability to work with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle case support, investigation, disposition, and recovery scenarios.
• Contact complainants for needed information and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and network rules.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in fast-paced environment.
