Capital City Bank seeks a Mortgage Consultant for Capital City Home Loans in St. Simons. You will pro-actively market loan products, develop a strong referral network and ensure excellent client service from inquiry through close.

This on-site, full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least one year in residential mortgage lending, with adherence to regulatory standards and company ethics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 1 year residential mortgage lending experience; relevant experience may substitute.
• Verifiable network of referral business including Real Estate professionals and centers of influence.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across audiences; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Markets and promotes Capital City Home Loans’ financial products to builders, brokers and financial partners.
• Oversees loan process from origination to close with proactive client communication.
• Collects and analyzes borrower financial data to advise on lending options.
• Recommends loan programs based on clients' needs and financials.
• Ensures complete and compliant loan applications and documentation.
