The Mortgage Consultant at Capital City Bank’s Home Loans division in Marietta is responsible for proactively marketing and promoting loan products to meet production goals. You will build a quality referral network, manage the loan process from origination to close, and advise clients on financing options while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of residential mortgage lending experience, with a preference for self-sourced

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of residential mortgage lending experience; relevant experience may substitute for the education requirement.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, in writing and verbally, with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple loan applications.

Responsabilités

• Markets and promotes Capital City Home Loans financial products to the business community.
• Oversees loan process from origination to close and maintains ongoing client communication.
• Collects and analyzes financial documentation and advises on lending options.
• Recommends appropriate loan programs based on borrower needs and financials.
• Ensures loan applications are complete, legible, signed, and ready for submission.
• Develops and expands a referral network through outreach and community involvement.
