Queenstown Bank seeks a Loan Administration Specialist to perform routine operational duties for mortgage, commercial, and consumer loans in line with policies and regulations. This role collaborates with the Loan Department, Officers, and Branch Managers from loan inception through funding.

Responsibilities include preparing documents, coordinating settlements, ensuring TRID compliance, and maintaining timely loan package progress. Requires an associate degree and loan processing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum 1 year of related loan processing experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Mortgage or commercial loan processing experience.
• Knowledge of bank operating systems and lending functions.
• Able to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle loan requests and ensure documentation aligns with approvals.
• Maintain knowledge of bank loan policy.
• Gather, review, and track loan documentation for each loan type.
• Prepare mortgage loan documents with TRID compliance.
• Schedule settlements with customers and attorneys.
• Disburse funds timely and maintain loan files.
