Job summary

BrightShore Mortgage seeks a Collections Supervisor in Florida to lead the mortgage collections team toward timely, compliant resolutions. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and implement data-driven strategies to increase borrower contact and cure rates.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Quality Assurance, and Servicing teams to ensure adherence to laws, investor guidelines, and company policy while driving continuous improvement in collection effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of mortgage servicing, collections, loss mitigation, default servicing, or related experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory, team lead, coaching, or leadership experience preferred.
• Direct mortgage collections experience strongly preferred.
• Experience coaching collectors through call monitoring and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily collection activities to maximize borrower contact, payment resolution, cure opportunities, and delinquency outcomes.
• Develop and execute collection strategies based on delinquency stage, borrower behavior, portfolio trends, investor requirements, and historical performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies, staffing, and segmentation to improve results.
• Partner with Compliance and Quality Assurance to review results, complaints, and trends and implement timely corrective action.
