Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or foreclosure required.
• Familiarity with FHA/VA/ FNMA/FHLMC investor guidelines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with loan servicing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor foreclosure timelines to ensure first legal actions occur on time.
• Track loans through each foreclosure milestone from referral to sale.
• Resolve holds by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, or counsel.
• Coordinate with Property Preservation for securing properties.
• Document all foreclosure activities in the servicing system.
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys to confirm status.
• Monitor upcoming sales and post-sale activity.
• Stay aware of state-specific timelines and curtailment risks.
• Assist with audit responses and regulatory requests.
• Perform other duties to support Default department.
