Job summary

Sunflower Bank, N.A. in Spokane, WA is seeking an energetic Mortgage Closing Manager to lead a Closing Department in a full-time role.

You will oversee a team of mortgage closers, ensure accurate closing disclosures, and maintain SLAs while delivering excellent service to borrowers and partners. The ideal candidate has knowledge of FHA/VA/Conventional loan programs, strong leadership, and proficient Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on timely, compliant closings and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Must possess knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional Loan Programs as well as RESPA.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Must possess professional and leadership qualities.
• Must possess ability to multi-task.
• Must possess ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and workload of the Closing Department, including post closers and closing assistants.
• Ensure all loans close on time with highest quality service to customers and partners.
• Maintain SLAs and communication with loan stakeholders for closing team.
• Provide accurate Closing Disclosures to applicants, title contacts, and colleagues.
• Address closing and funding questions from colleagues and third parties (including title providers).
• Coordinate with other divisions and partners to schedule closings timely and compliantly.
