Sunflower Bank, N.A. is looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to fill the position of a full-time Mortgage Closing Manager at our Spokane, WA location.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000 depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and location.
The Mortgage Closing Manager manages and leads a team of Mortgage Closers who ensure that the closing function t is an efficient, accurate and supportive part of the overall loan process necessary to assist Guardian Mortgage customers with a smooth, timely and compliant closing for their homes.
The individual should have a sincere desire to collaborate with colleagues and mortgage origination teams in an environment of mutual respect and high performance. Candidates should be resourceful, have a good sense of humor, low ego, a growth mind set, desire support a successful department and the confidence to communicate directly with Mortgage Operations Leaders, Loan Officers and Sales Leadership when needed.

The physical demands of this position require the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
