Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce, collect, and organize closing documents; verify completeness and conditions.
• Coordinate with title company and partners to schedule closings; inform loan officers of conditions.
• Use various computer programs for document production, organization, and research.
• Meet deadlines for closing and verification; monitor expiring locks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, investor guidelines, and applicable laws (FHA/VA/Conventional).
