Qualifications

• 2+ years mortgage experience (purchase or refinance).
• Experience with title clearance and Closing Disclosures.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Able to prioritize deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; loan origination systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mortgage closing packages per underwriting, investor, and compliance requirements.
• Review title requirements prior to closing.
• Coordinate closing timelines and communicate with lenders, title professionals, borrowers, and others.
• Monitor contract deadlines and rate-lock expiration dates.
• Ensure closing-related accounting entries are accurate.
• Manage multiple transactions while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
• Assist with additional mortgage and operational duties as needed.
