We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Closer to manage the closing process and ensure mortgage transactions are completed accurately, compliantly, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate mortgage closing packages in accordance with underwriting, investor, and compliance requirements.
• Review and resolve title requirements prior to closing.
• Coordinate closing timelines and communicate with lenders, title professionals, borrowers, and other parties.
• Monitor contract deadlines and rate-lock expiration dates.
• Ensure closing-related accounting entries are set up accurately.
• Manage multiple transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Assist with additional mortgage and operational duties as needed.
