First National Bank Of Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh seeks a Loan Closer to monitor CD dates, generate Closing Disclosures, and ensure timely funding and closing coordination. You will manage the settlement agent portal and verify disclosure histories to support accurate settlement dates.

The role requires adherence to TRID regulations, HOEPA/HPML tests, and precise preparation of closing documents with a strong focus on customer service.

Competenze

• High School or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
• MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience in mortgage loan closing or related work preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepares all Bank prepared legal documents required to close residential mortgage loans including the note, mortgage, riders, RESPA documents, escrow analysis forms, and amortization schedules.
• Prepares the Closing Disclosure in a timely manner to protect the customer’s ability to settle on time.
• Performs HOEPA and HPML, TILA tests on each loan and ensures compliance with TRID regulations.
• Reviews attorney-prepared documents for errors and coordinates settlement through the closing portal.
• Determines if the settlement agent properly prepared necessary documents and notifies for corrections before funds are released.
• Reviews insurance policy and performs initial escrow analysis; prepares net funding for settlement agent.
