F.N.B. Corporation in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Loan Closer to join the Mortgage Administration team. You will monitor clearance dates, prepare closing documents, and ensure CDs are executed on time to meet settlement dates.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with TRID, HOEPA/HPML, and loan closing processes. You will coordinate with settlement agents, validate disclosures, and help fund loans while upholding regulatory

Competenze

High School or GED required.
3+ years experience in mortgage loan closing or related field.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Mansioni

Prepare all bank documents required to close residential mortgage loans.
Prepare Closing Disclosure in a timely manner to protect the customer’s ability to settle on time.
Perform HOEPA/HPML/TILA tests and ensure TRID compliance.
Coordinate settlement through the closing portal and obtain fees and information to prepare CDs and documents.
Verify documents for accuracy and advise settlement agent on corrections before funds are released.
Monitor electronic disclosures, timing, redisclosures and reschedulings as required by TRID regulations.
