Job summary

NBT is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage daily closing and funding operations. You will prepare loan documents, coordinate with closing agents, and ensure accurate, timely funding and documentation within imaging systems.

A solid understanding of mortgage products and strong communication are essential. Candidates should have banking or lending experience and be capable of handling multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service and organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years banking or lending experience preferred.
• 2 years in a professional work environment required, preferably within a bank, financial institution, or law office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate closing agents to schedule closings within established service levels.
• Review post-closing documents and authorize funding.
• Quality control of closed loans and data entry accuracy.
• Manage missing/incomplete documents and follow up with agents.
• Answer internal and external inquiries with professional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
