First National Bank is seeking a Loan Closer in Pittsburgh to monitor CD dates, prepare disclosures, and fund loans to meet settlement dates. You will manage closing documents, the settlement portal, and ensure TRID compliance for HOEPA/HPML tests.

Responsibilities include coordinating with attorneys and settlement agents, validating fees, preparing the Closing Disclosure, and supporting risk and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality service to customers.

Competenze

• High school or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years mortgage closing experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and proficient with general office equipment and PC/software.

Mansioni

• Prepare bank documents to close residential mortgage loans.
• Prepare Closing Disclosure to ensure timely settlement.
• Perform HOEPA/HPML/TILA tests for TRID compliance.
• Coordinate settlement through the closing portal and validate fees.
• Review attorney documents for errors and coordinate cures.
• Monitor escrow analysis and net funding process.
• Ensure TRID disclosure timing and redisclosures as required.
