Job summary

Exchange Bank is seeking a detail-focused mortgage closing specialist to prepare and finalize compliant closing disclosures within TRID timing guidelines. You will monitor disclosures, re-disclose as required, and coordinate with lenders and title company to ensure accurate documents.

Collaboration with borrowers is essential for a smooth closing experience. The role requires 2+ years in mortgage closing/processing (Encompass), a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong knowledge of loan

Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete accurate and compliant initial and final closing disclosures within TRID timing guidelines.
• Re-disclose Closing Disclosures as required for change in circumstance events or APR changes and determine the new waiting period.
• Review title commitment, homeowner’s insurance, flood certification, invoices, etc. for correct input on closing documents.
• Work closely with lenders, title company, and borrowers to ensure a smooth closing experience.
