Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-closing audit of closing and compliance documentation.
• Enter data in Encompass to generate closing instructions and documents.
• Review Closing Disclosure (CD) for accuracy and tolerance variations.
• Review and clear underwriting conditions prior to closing documents.
• Request funding wires from wire department and review funding documents.
• Assist post-closing in correcting closing documents.
