Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in mortgage closing or similar role.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all bank documents for closing residential mortgages (note, mortgage, riders, RESPA docs, escrow analyses, amortization schedules).
• Prepare Closing Disclosure timely to protect settlement deadlines.
• Perform HOEPA/HPML/TILA-related analyses to ensure TRID compliance.
• Review attorney documents for errors and instruct corrections as needed.
• Coordinate settlement through the portal and ensure fees/docs are ready for CDs and documents.
• Monitor disclosures, delivery, waiting periods, redisclosures, and rescheduling as required.
