Job summary

Metroplex Mortgage Services is seeking a Mortgage Client Intake Coordinator to help prospective homebuyers begin the mortgage process and ensure every client receives exceptional service from first contact.

This full-time, in-office position in Tampa focuses on client communication, lead follow-up, appointment coordination, document collection, and assisting borrowers as they take the next steps toward homeownership.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, banking, real estate, title, mortgage lending, administrative support, or client relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communication throughout the mortgage process.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate appointments.
• Collect and organize required documents from borrowers.
• Assist borrowers as they move toward homeownership.
• Note: not a cold-calling role; inquiries come from marketing efforts, referral partners, repeat clients, or existing business relationships.
