Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, banking, mortgage lending, title, or real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn mortgage terminology and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective borrowers who expressed interest in mortgage financing.
• Communicate with clients by phone, email, and text about the application process.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations with loan officers.
• Maintain accurate client records within the company CRM system.
• Assist borrowers with gathering basic information and documentation to begin the loan process.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the initial stages of the mortgage journey.
• Support loan officers and operations staff with client communication and follow-up activities.
