Job summary

Pennymac is seeking a QA Claims Processor to perform QA reviews and verify that actions align with investor servicing guidelines. The role focuses on reviewing default timelines and ensuring accuracy across filings and reconciliations.

The position requires proficiency in Excel and Word, with mortgage-default experience preferred and a strong eye for detail to meet regulatory and investor standards.

Qualifications

• Mortgage default-related experience preferred.
• Aptitude for data, reporting, data reconciliation.
• Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, MI and GSE Insurer servicing guidelines.
• Experience auditing/filing claims for FHA/VA/USDA.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile servicing expenses per guidelines including foreclosure fees, taxes, insurance and expenses during default.
• Ensure reviews timely per procedures and investor guidelines.
• Maintain and update databases to meet QA requirements.
• Identify error trends noted during QA evaluation.
• Achieve key metrics and meet department goals.
• Perform related duties and uphold company values.
