Job summary

HomeXpress seeks a Broker Direct Specialist in Santa Ana, CA to proactively contact approved mortgage brokers and loan officers, generating opportunities and warm handoffs to Account Executives. This high-activity role emphasizes relationship activation, lead development, and consistent pipeline management.

You will work 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in-office, with a focus on educating brokers about products, programs, and value while documenting every interaction in the CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling and working toward measurable goals.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn mortgage products, sales concepts, and company systems.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate CRM records.
• Positive attitude, persistence, professionalism, and willingness to accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Make 50-75 outbound calls per day to approved mortgage brokers and loan officers.
• Engage loan officers in live conversations to identify interest and needs.
• Generate qualified opportunities and hand off to Account Executives.
• Educate brokers on products, programs, and value proposition.
• Document every call and update CRM promptly.
• Maintain organized pipeline and follow-up activities.
