Job summary

Revolution Mortgage is seeking a Branch Production Sales Manager to lead outside sales and grow branch loan originations. You will produce as an outside originator while mentoring a team and managing a branch P&L, with a focus on delivering a smooth, collaborative lending experience for customers.

In this role, you’ll work 60% outside the office, network to source mortgage leads, meet applicants, and educate clients on mortgage products.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience.
• Active NMLS license or eligibility to obtain one after hire.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, pricing, systems, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead outside sales to drive branch loan originations and growth.
• Educate customers on loan options and guide them through the application process.
• Spend 60% of time outside the office sourcing leads and building relationships.
• Meet with applicants to gather information and answer questions.
• Oversee and manage a P&L for personal and team production.
• Generate new business through networking and referrals; drive customer engagement.
• Support the outside sales team with strategy and mentorship.
• Collaborate with departments to streamline the loan process.
