Qualifications

• Understanding and fluency in Loan Vision and Concur and managing the P&L according to the Revolution Branch Fiscal Policy.

Responsibilities

• Recruit licensed real estate agents and business development specialists to grow branch volume.
• Generate new business via marketing initiatives and networking for the branch.
• Mentor sales team on relationship building and sales tactics.
• Manage branch P&L in Loan Vision per branch fiscal policy.
• Oversee branch expenses per policy.
• Attend monthly pipeline meetings.
• Represent Revolution brand with professionalism to customers and team.
