Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Franklin, NJ. You will continue originating while building and leading a high-performing team; processing, underwriting, and back-office support are provided to you.

You will grow the branch’s production and P&L, with a base salary tied to your production history, plus commissions and a sign-on bonus. This on-site role offers full benefits and a broad product set, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and jumbo loans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail mortgage origination with a track record
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with Principal Lending license or ability to obtain where required
• Strong referral network with real estate agents and builders

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers
• Lead the branch's culture, performance, and P&L
