The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in banking or mortgage with 2–3 years in supervision, plus an undergraduate degree in finance, banking, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with state, regional, and federal guidelines and company policies.
• Hire, train, and recruit branch personnel including MLOs, compliance, operations, underwriters, and processing teams.
• Maintain and enforce branch policies and procedures.
• Promote the organization and build new business through referral channels.
