Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history.
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360).

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch activities and ensure production and pipeline management.
• Lead recruitment and development of mortgage professionals.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to meet company goals and budgets.
• Train staff on industry updates and company policies.
• Develop and maintain client relationships aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and submit payroll and commission statements according to guidelines.
