The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in mortgage branch management and robust knowledge of FNMA, FHA, and VA programs. This role offers a base salary of $36,000 plus incentive pay, along with a comprehensive benefits package including paid sick time, holiday pay, and 401K options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Mortgage Branch Manager with proven production history.
• Robust knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC and FHA/VA programs.
• Working knowledge of Encompass and Velocify (Leads 360).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and serve duties including sales, recruiting, administration, staff supervision and client networking.
• Collaborate with corporate and executive management to execute company goals.
• Conduct trainings according to industry and company updates.
• Recruit top mortgage professionals.
• Develop and maintain new marketing strategies.
