Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an administrative assistant role.
Experience in Mortgage lending or Finance preferred.

Responsibilities
Provide clerical assistance to Processors, including reports and ordering documents.
Complete loan file audits and maintains records.
Answer incoming calls and provide customer service.
Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and order supplies.
Coordinate events, meetings, and prepare necessary documentation.
