Enrich Loans in Phoenix seeks a Mortgage Loan Officer to guide borrowers from initial conversation through closing, building trusted relationships and delivering high-touch service. You will identify the right financing solutions and leverage warm leads and ongoing training to support success.

Grow with a broad toolbox including Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement and HELOC products, while staying current on guidelines, pricing, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mortgage origination experience.
• NMLS SAFE Act registered or state licensed.
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship building.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and prioritize opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using CRM, POS, and LOS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide borrowers from application through closing.
• Educate borrowers on programs, costs, and next steps.
• Deliver a professional, high-touch customer experience.
• Develop product expertise across Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, and HELOC.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams.
