Base Pay Rate: $21.65 hourly
Incentive Compensation: Uncapped*, varies based on individual performance
Transition Package During Ramp up *Uncapped earning potential aligns with market benchmark. The realistic potential earnings are in the low six-figures (depending on markets served).
As a Mortgage Advisor supporting BECU's Spokane Home Loan Center, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals while expanding BECU's presence in new communities. You'll build meaningful relationships with both new and existing members, guiding them through the mortgage journey with expertise, confidence, and personalized support.
In this role, you'll serve as a trusted mortgage resource, partnering with internal teams, real estate professionals, builders, and community partners to create exceptional member experiences. Your ability to identify needs, recommend appropriate lending solutions, and navigate complex mortgage scenarios will help members make informed financial decisions. Beyond serving members directly, you'll also elevate the mortgage expertise of branch teams through coaching, mentorship, and collaboration, creating a lasting impact across the organization.
