BECU in Spokane is seeking a Mortgage Advisor to guide members through the home financing journey, from application to funding. You will build lasting relationships with members, real estate partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional mortgage experiences.

In this role, you will deliver mortgage expertise, coach branch staff, and help grow mortgage business while staying compliant with lending rules and market trends.

Qualifications

• Ability to guide members through the mortgage process from application to funding.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and underwriting basics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for mortgage products from application through funding.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with members and realtors to grow mortgage business.
• Coach branch teams and promote compliance with lending guidelines and regulations.
• Identify mortgage opportunities and present suitable lending solutions.
• Represent BECU in the community to promote mortgage products and services.
