This is a 100% commission position with uncapped earnings and comprehensive benefits; mentoring

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of mortgage lending experience in outside sales.
• Active NMLS license.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer loan solutions while adhering to lending guidelines.
• Manage and maintain a customer relationship portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to retain clients and develop new ones.
• Oversee customer pipeline efficiency.
• Review documentation for compliance.
• Gather information for analysis on complex borrowers.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Generate self-sourced referrals and address realtor needs.
