Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending experience in outside sales.
• Active NMLS license/number.
• Two or more new purchase loans per month preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and self-motivation.
• Thorough knowledge of originating guidelines.
• Veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Offer loan solutions while following guidelines.
• Manage and maintain a customer relationship portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to retain and develop new clients.
• Maintain an efficient customer pipeline.
• Establish loan solutions and offer products and services to customers.
• Review documentation for compliance.
• Gather information for analysis for complex borrowers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Manage self-generated referrals and realtor needs.
