Job summary

BECU is looking for a Sr Mortgage Advisor to build lasting relationships with members and brokers while enhancing mortgage sourcing. This role is pivotal in driving BECU's growth while ensuring a positive impact on both members and the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience with a volume of $12 million or greater annually.
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation requiring registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful mortgage solutions by connecting with members and brokers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and professionals.
• Generate new mortgage relationships through prospecting.
• Contribute to team goals enhancing the member experience.
• Represent BECU in the community for business generation.
• Serve as an escalation point for member issues.
• Occasionally travel as required.
