Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least three years of mortgage loan sales experience, with a self-generating volume of $12 million or more annually. Desired skills include expert relationship management and strong sales abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience with a self-generating mortgage volume of $12 million or greater annually.
• Compliance with SAFE Act legislation, requiring annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful mortgage solutions by connecting with members and brokers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and builders as the first point of contact.
• Generate new mortgage relationships through prospecting and lead generation.
• Contribute to individual and team goals, coaching, and enhancing member experience.
• Represent BECU in the community and participate in events.
• Serve as an escalation point for member issues and concerns.
• Occasionally travel as required.
