A mortgage lending company is hiring for the position of Mortgage Accounting Bookkeeper, offering remote or hybrid work options. The ideal candidate will possess AMB experience and be responsible for managing accounts payable and reconciling various accounts. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and manage Accounts Payable for the company.
• Assist with Payroll using ADP, if possible.
• Maintain and reconcile loan-level activity in AMB.
• Reconcile warehouse lines, funding activity, and bank accounts.
• Prepare daily and monthly reporting for management.
• Collaborate with accounting and secondary teams to ensure accuracy.

Mortgage Accounting Bookkeeper

We are open to two types of candidates:

Experienced Mortgage Accountants (Remote)

• Must have AMB (Accounting for Mortgage Bankers) experience
• Can work fully remote within the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Process and manage Accounts Payable
• Assist with Payroll (ADP experience a plus)
• Maintain and reconcile loan‑level activity in AMB
• Reconcile warehouse lines, funding activity, and bank accounts
• Prepare daily and monthly reporting for management
• Collaborate with accounting and secondary teams to ensure accuracy

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr
