Job summary

The Servion Group seeks a results-driven TPO Account Executive to market and sell mortgage and related services to Credit Unions and community banks. You will prospect, develop new accounts, expand existing relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and drive revenue.

You will stay abreast of industry trends, present Servion offerings, and maintain detailed records of sales activities while navigating a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years mortgage-related experience.
• Knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new and expand existing credit union and community bank relationships and territories; generate VA, FHA, Conventional and other mortgages.
• Maintain confidential business relations with members and partners.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and be liaison with Credit Unions and community banks.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints related to loan products efficiently.
• Present Servion products and services to customers and respond to inquiries in writing and verbally.
