Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years pastry/baking experience.

Responsabilités

• Scale, mix, and bake according to established recipes to create desserts ( cheesecakes, layer cakes, mousses, cookies ).
• Prepare house-made focaccia and other bread varieties.
• Portion finished desserts for in-house and catering orders.
• Carefully package desserts for catering orders to ensure presentation.
