Maman is seeking a back-of-house pro at our Dallas bakery-kitchen. You will bake and create in a dedicated station, learn our recipes, and keep the kitchen sparkling. You’ll assist with restocking, maintain organization, and ensure top quality in every dish while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experienced back-of-house professional with pastry knowledge.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and team player.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Bake and create in a specific station using maman recipes.
• Learn maman recipes and follow the recipe book's instructions.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
• Assist with restocking at end of shift to support the team.
• Ensure consistency in quality and esthetics of dishes.
• Maintain safety standards and follow maman policies.
