Job summary

maman is seeking a baker to join our commissary team in Charlotte. You will work with the pastry production supervisor and two other bakers, baking and creating in a dedicated station while learning maman recipes and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

You will help with restocking, support across positions, and contribute to a collaborative, high-standards environment. Weekend and holiday shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Experienced back-of-house professional with a sweet tooth for cookies.
• Knowledge of pastry and ability to lift 50lbs.
• Positive, collaborative team player.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Bake and create in a specific station.
• Learn the maman recipes.
• Keep the kitchen sparkling and organized.
• Assist with restocking at end of shift.
• Support across roles; embrace teamwork and no cookie-cutter duties.
