Job summary

Staples is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Supply Chain Team in the Town of Montgomery, NY. You may operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment across six areas including bulk handling, replenishment, receiving/putaway, and shipping.

This role requires safety focus, ability to lift 70–100 lb, pass a drug screen, and work overtime if needed. We offer competitive pay of $24.65 per hour plus shift differential and full-time/part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months in a warehouse setting or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where permitted by law.
• Basic English communications skills (verbal/written).
• Overtime may be required for full-time hires.
• Ability to lift 70–100 pounds by hand.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment safely across six areas.
• Move product up to 100 lbs and assist with shipping/receiving.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with safety rules.
• Collaborate with coworkers to resolve issues and improve workflow.
• Support breaks and shift transitions as needed.
