Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Lead in Scranton, PA to oversee daily warehouse operations and safety, while leading shifts and training new associates. The role requires coordinating order picking, packing, receiving, stocking, and inventory tasks, with emphasis on accuracy and timely delivery.

The position offers a 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri schedule, forklift experience preferred, and opportunities for growth within a large distribution network.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in warehouse, logistics, or inventory.
• Team lead or supervisor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
• Able to operate pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, prioritizing tasks safely.
• Train and guide warehouse associates.
• Accurately pull and process orders for delivery and shipping.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; assist audits and inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
