Job summary

Imperial Brady in Nashville, TN is hiring a Warehouse Lead Associate to guide daily warehouse operations with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy. You will lead training, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliant loading and pallet quality to support our distributed supply chain.

The role requires at least 3 years of warehouse distribution experience, supervisory exposure preferred, forklift and RF scanner familiarity, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift and RF Scanner familiarity beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Train new selectors on the selection process.
• Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issues.
• Audit pallets and work.
• Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessary.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuries.
• Prepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain files.
• Develop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations.
• Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes.
