Qualifications

• 3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience (sit-down/stand-up) preferred.
• RF Scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new selectors on the selection process.
• Train warehouse staff on safety-related issues.
• Audit pallets and work processes.
• Assist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring load quality.
• Collaborate with supervisor to cover the desk when needed.
• Investigate incidents and injuries; document in compliance forms.
• Develop safety reports and cost-saving recommendations.
• Support employees engaged in safety, training, or compliance.
