Imperial Brady seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead training and development of warehouse staff and optimize warehouse efficiency. This role oversees divisional operations and implements procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience in distribution/warehousing, ERP proficiency (Prophet21 preferred), and strong communication and analytical skills. A relevant degree is preferred, with physical capability for lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualificações

• Prior management experience in distribution or warehousing environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP and Microsoft applications; Prophet21 preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Recommend and implement procedures for shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations; coordinate with purchasing and sales.
• Support and enforce safety programs and guidelines.
• Select, train, direct and motivate employees.
• Appraise performance and recommend salary actions.
• Direct day and night warehouse crew and delivery drivers through Lead personnel.
• Schedule accurate receiving and put-away of stock.
