Qualifications

• You must be at least 16 years of age.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a bustling kitchen; knife skills are a plus.
• Able to manage potential allergens (peanuts, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, shellfish).
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Work multiple stations (load, dress, shakes, cash, prep, front) as directed by a Shift Leader.
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock food line, chips and cooler.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, ice cream, etc. efficiently.
• Operate cash register and handle cash procedures.
• Handle customer complaints/issues and assist with orders.
• Take delivery/catering/pickup orders over the phone.
• Other duties as assigned.
