Job summary

Chick-fil-A is opening a brand-new restaurant in Cincinnati, and we're hiring the first team. No restaurant experience needed. We'll teach you everything. What we can't teach is showing up, caring about the people around you, and taking pride in doing something well.

You will serve guests at the front counter, drive-thru, or in the dining room, and help prepare food to Chick-fil-A's high quality and safety standards, while keeping your area clean for the next rush.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and punctual; shows up when scheduled.
• Comfortable on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for full shifts.
• Saturday availability required for all full-time positions.
• Available for one of the shift bands listed.
• Must be 18 years or older.

We're opening a brand-new Chick-fil-A, and we're hiring the first team.

Shifts available

Full-time team members are scheduled in one of these shift bands, and we build your schedule around consistent availability:

• AM Mid: 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
• Mid: 11:00 AM- 7:00 PM

We're closed every Sunday. Always have been, always will be.

What we're looking for

• Saturday availability is required for every full-time position

You do not need: prior restaurant experience, a specific degree, or a long resume. Some of our strongest team members started with none of it.
