Chick-fil-A in McKnight, PA is seeking Team Members for a fast-paced, customer-focused role. You will greet guests, prepare and serve food with speed and accuracy, and help maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.

This position offers flexible scheduling around activities, weekend availability, and opportunities to grow with an owner/operator. Seasonal and long-term roles are available with competitive pay up to $17 per hour and meal benefits during shifts.

Seasonal Opportunities

We're happy to hire seasonal employees who can commit to working with us for 3 to 6 months. This is a great way to gain valuable experience, earn extra income, and be part of a positive and dynamic team.

Front-of-House (Customer Service) Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Greet guests with a smile and a friendly attitude.
• Prepare and serve food with speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Comply with all Chick-fil-A policies and standards to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive workplace.
• Create and maintain meaningful connections with guests through excellent service.

Front-of-House Responsibilities:

• Smile and greet every guest warmly at the front counter and in the drive thru.
• Create and maintain eye contact.
• Speak enthusiastically and make genuine emotional connections with guests.
• Multitask quickly and efficiently without compromising service quality.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a strong work ethic.

Position Hours:

• Approximately 10-15 hours per week
• 10am/11am-2pm/3pm
